- March 24, 2025—transition to EDGAR Next begins and new EDGAR Filer Management website and dashboard go live
- September 12, 2025—filers must enroll by this date to continue to file uninterrupted on EDGAR
- December 19, 2025—filers must enroll by this date to to continue to make EDGAR filings
