With the new release, the SEC introduced the following changes:

• updated EDGAR submission notifications to use the annual confirmation due date in place of references to password expiration
• removed the inoperable N-CR and N-CR/A links on the EDGARLink Online interface. Filers must make these submissions in a structured, machine-readable format prepared with the online version available on the EDGAR Filing Website using the online application or one constructed by filers according to the EDGAR Form N-CR XML Technical Specification document.
