Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

The SEC will be closed Monday, January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday. The EDGAR System will not receive, process, or accept filings on this day. Filings with a due date of January 15th will be due the following business day, Tuesday, January 16th.
