Version 5.15c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 22.2.2 and contains support for the 2022 Q3 supplement to the US GAAP taxonomy as well as new features to paste HTML that contains XDX engrams and new options for the Send to EDGARLink Online function. Additional corrections and improvements were made to XDX processing.

Version 5.15b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the VIP2022 taxonomy as well as corrections and improvements for XDX, iXBRL, and for Form ATS-N. Additional forms are now supported for the browser plug-in to automate EDGAR for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Version 5.15a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR Release 22.2 and contains support for new submission type Form SPDSCL as well as support for other EDGAR 22.2 items. Additionally, improvements have been made to the validation, cover page tagging, and processing of the CEF taxonomy in XDX and iXBRL. This release also contains support for a new browser plug-in to automate EDGAR for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Version 5.13b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This contains improvements for XDX and iXBRL as well as some corrections for opening Unicode files and badly-coded Section 16 XML files. This version also includes the Series and Class Lookup feature for Form 24F View and a new proofing mode for HTML documents that will mimic the display of HTML files on the SEC archive.

Version 5.12c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains corrections and improvements to Form 24F View, Form N-CEN View, XDX and iXBRL. This release also contains some improvements for the 13F CUSIP tools.

Version 5.12b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This contains a number of corrections and improvements to the new Fee Table Included and EX-FILING FEES exhibit as well as improvements to the Form 24F View. As part of the improvements for Form 24F-2NT, this release also introduces a new feature to import legacy text (ASCII) filings directly into the Form 24F annual filing information. This release also contains some improvements for XDX and the iXBRL preview function.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the Licensing and Registration server for the GoFiler Suite on February 21, 2022 at 2:00pm Eastern. Maintenance will last approximately one hour. During this time, the server will be unavailable and will not be able to validate software keys.

Version 5.12a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to the changes made to EDGAR 21.4 on January 31, 2022 and contains support for the new EX-FILING FEES exhibit. Other changes include improvements to XDX processing, XBRL View, Page View, and the full release of Form 24F-2 View.

Version 5.11a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 21.4 and contains new taxonomy information for DEI 2021q4 and for the CEF taxonomy. Other changes include some improvements to CSS shorthand processing and a correction to the stability of the software when proofing the new XML version of 24F-2NT.

Version 5.10c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains the full beta features for the new Form 24F-2 View for editing Form 24F-2NT as XML. Other changes include improvements to the display of certain symbol characters in Page View, a feature to save the Export HTML options as workstation preferences, and a correction for XDX View.
