Version 5.10b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of improvements to XDX editing, including two new features for removing XDX engrams. Additionally, this version also contains beta features for automating the process of logging into the EDGAR System from the Help menu as well as a preview of the functionality for the new Form 24F-2 View for editing Form 24F-2NT as XML. Other changes include improvements to proofing options, reading enhanced acceptance messages, and validation for iXBRL.

Version 5.10a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR Release 21.3 and contains support for new submission types 424I, N-RN, and SBS DISPUTE NOTICE. This release also contains EDGAR changes for the N-CEN and N-PORT forms, as well as changes to the country code for Taiwan for all EDGAR XML forms. Version 5.10a contains new features for file edit logging and additional improvements have been made to XDX and XBRL within the software.

Version 5.9b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains changes and improvements to XDX View and Inline XBRL validation. Changes to XDX include new features to support separate cover page document for filings and to allow users to paste data directly over tables within XDX while preserving as much of the XDX tagging as possible.

Version 5.9a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 21.2 and contains changes to Forms S-1, S-3, F-1, F-3 and their amendments, as well as changes to Form N-CEN and support for the IFRS 2021 taxonomy. It also contains numerous improvements to XDX View and inline XBRL.

A patch has been released to correct some issues with the version 5.8a of the GoFiler products. This release will correct a problem where a dialog box would remain open after validating a project that contained an iXBRL document. It also improves the handling of mixed data types when changing between the US GAAP 2020 and US GAAP 2021 taxonomies.

Version 5.8a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 21.1.3 and contains improvements and corrections for Page View, XDX, iXBRL and XBRL View. Additionally, changes were made to correct issues with Forms ATS-N, N-PORT, N-CEN, and C.

Version 5.7a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 21.1 and contains support for the new 2021 taxonomies and changes to Form C. Additionally, improvements have been made to iXBRL and Page View.

Version 5.6c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of improvements to HTML and project validation, as well as XDX improvements pertaining to continuations. Additionally, new features were added to filter the RSS news feed and to set the time zone for GoFiler’s internal logs and proofs.

Version 5.6b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of improvements to the Page View editor, including enhancements to the Image Size dialog and to fields.

Version 5.6a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 20.4 and contains support for the new form types and exhibits released by the SEC in EDGAR 20.4. It also has support for other EDGAR 20.4 changes, improvements to the validation for XDX and iXBRL documents, and new tools for pasting and for iXBRL redlining.

Version 5.5c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the CSS 3 page break properties, as well as a number of corrections and improvements to Page View to create and validate xHTML code. Improvements and corrections were also made to XDX processing.

Version 5.5b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains corrections and improvements for the new redlining format for inline XBRL documents and to better validate documents produced by other HTML software. Additionally, a number of improvements have been made to XDX processing for Risk Return documents and to add new tools to adjust the default contexts used to make facts for Level 1 through 3 facts.

Version 5.5a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 20.3 and contains new form types as specified by EDGAR 20.3. Additionally, this release contains support for the new redlining format for inline XBRL documents and other EDGAR 20.3 changes. Improvements and corrections have been made to the HTML to XHTML function, to HTML validation, to XDX for Risk Return, and to various other functions.
