The SEC has announced its virtual Investor Advisory Committee meeting that will take place on June 10, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The public may attend the free event which will be presented live via webcast at sec.gov. The meeting will also be archived on the Committee’s website for later viewing.

The FERC’s Division of Dam Safety and Inspections will hold a remote seminar featuring its recently developed Emergency Action Plans (EAP) Exercise Design Course to discuss both the FERC requirements that there be a comprehensive EAP exercise as well as the steps required to develop, conduct, evaluate, and follow-up on an effective exercise. The sessions will be led by presenters Dustin Kaste and Carrie Harris and will take place Wednesday, June 2, 2021 and Thursday, June 3, 2021. Each day’s events will begin at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) and last for approximately five hours.
