GoFiler 6.2a Now Available

Version 6.2a of GoFiler has been released. This release is in anticipation of Monday's EDGAR Next release and will automatically switch over to the EDGAR Next system for submissions on 9/12/2025 at 10:01pm Eastern. GoFiler 6.2a Will Be Available for Download Later Today

Version 6.2a of GoFiler will be released later today to facilitate the transition to EDGAR Next. This release contains all of the necessary functionality to submit filings to EDGAR Next and will automatically switch to EDGAR Next mode tonight at 10:01pm Eastern.
