EDGAR 25.2.2 Released

The SEC has released EDGAR 25.2.2, which incorporates requirements for EDGAR Next, the SEC's security, access, and account management improvements made to the EDGAR system. Enrollment in and compliance with EDGAR Next is now necessary to file on the EDGAR system. To be in compliance, filing entities must be enrolled in EDGAR Next by December 19, 2025, or have had their Form ID application for EDGAR access granted on or after March 24, 2025.
