New Release (5.20c) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.20c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the new Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) and Fund (FND) Taxonomies, as well as autotagging for the FFD filing fee calculation table. FERC Announces Latest eForms Refresh

On November 16th, the FERC announced that the Form 1 taxonomy and related codesets have been revised to version 2023-11-17. The update is effective for the filing of fourth quarter 2023 forms. This update addresses errors in the taxonomy for the Energy Storage Operations (large plants) and Energy Storage Operations (small plants) schedules, and makes the required updates in the related codesets. New Release (5.20b) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.20b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the new EDGAR Next Beta system. Features to use the EDGAR Next Beta system are early in development with additional tools to handle delegation and user management forthcoming. This version of the software allows users to set up filing credentials and begin to use the EDGAR Next Beta. Form N-PX Now Available on GoFiler Online

GoFiler Online has been updated to version 2.10a, which includes the new XML format of Form N-PX. Changes to Form N-PX will become effective on July 1, 2024 and include a major modernization in how the form will be reported to the SEC. New Release (5.19c) for the GoFiler Family of Products

EDGAR Release 23.2.1

On July 17, 2023, the SEC announced that it updated SEC.gov stylesheets for Forms 4 and 5, which will be implemented with EDGAR Release 23.2.1. More specifically, the checkbox introduced in Release 23.1—to allow filers to determine whether the reported transaction was subject to a contract, instruction or written plan intended to meet the conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c)—has been moved from above Table 1 to the upper left corner of the stylesheet.
